A rough idea is enough to start.
You do not need a spec, a wireframe or a finished decision. Describe what is not working, or what you want to exist, and we will come back with what we would build and what we would leave out.

Six fields, one of them optional. Everything else you want to say goes in the last box.
Before you send it
The things people ask first.
- What happens after I send this?
- One of the people who would build it reads what you wrote, not a sales desk. You get a reply at the address you gave us, and if it looks like a fit we suggest a call to go through it properly.
- What if I have not worked out what I need yet?
- That is a normal place to start. Send the problem rather than the solution: what is not working, who it affects, what you have tried. Shaping that into something buildable is part of the job.
- Can you work on software that already exists?
- Yes. A good share of what we do is picking up a codebase somebody else wrote. We read it before we touch it and tell you what we found, so you know the state of it before anything is committed to.
- Do you take on design without the build?
- Yes. Interface design and branding are available on their own, not only attached to a build. That covers logos, marks, and the system that keeps a product looking like one thing.
